We are delighted to award Input Output Group “Logistical Challenge of the Year” for delivering an ambitious, nationwide Japan tour under (literally) extraordinary pressure. In just five weeks (over the Christmas and New Year period) they planned and executed five complex, multi-city events, navigating supplier shortages, cultural localisation, and severe weather disruption – including two snowstorms. Their success came from a highly adaptive delivery model, combining modular design, real-time decision-making, and strong local partnerships. Despite extreme constraints, they achieved zero cancellations while maintaining a seamless, high-quality experience throughout. Huge congratulations to the entire team for pulling this off!
