What stood out most about Scottish Power’s entry was not simply the intimacy, efficiency and precision of the event itself, but its unwavering focus on return on investment and, crucially, its ability to demonstrate it.
ROI remains one of the most challenging measures to define and evidence in events, yet this programme did so with confidence. Clear objectives were established from the outset and delivered through an approach that was creative, strategic and full of personality, while never losing sight of the desired outcomes.
