Shell’s Smiling Stars 2025 in Toronto won Best Motivational Event by delivering a “money-can’t-buy” celebration for its top-performing frontline retailers, dealers, and sales staff across 65+ countries. Now in its 18th year, the invite-only programme rewarded the top 2% of nearly 500,000 employees with an immersive, multi-day experience spanning Niagara Falls, a Cirque du Soleil-inspired gala, and culturally rich local activities. Delivered through a “One Team” model with agencies Identity Global and MCC, the event balanced inclusivity, personalization, and sustainability at scale.
