Airbus’s HEMS Conference 2025 won Best International Event by turning a technical showcase into an authentic global exchange for the air rescue community. Held in Donauwörth, Germany, it brought together 160 delegates from 130 organizations across 30 countries, including CEOs, pilots, regulators, EASA, FAA, WHO, and ICRC representatives. Live accident and rescue demonstrations, hands-on aircraft access, bus tours to rescue stations, and an innovative Employees’ Day made technology tangible and fostered direct dialogue between engineers and operators. The result reinforced Airbus’s global leadership in HEMS, strengthened trust through operational authenticity, and generated valuable feedback for future development.
