Our leading panel of judges are industry professionals who have in-depth experience of running events. Each of our judges are allocated an award category and vote independently and separately to score each entry. They then meet to share scoring and discuss feedback to consolidate the 1st, 2nd and 3rd places.

Laura is a strategic marketing and communications leader with over 14 years’ experience delivering impactful campaigns across media agency, media owner and client side environments. She brings a strong blend of commercial insight and creative thinking, underpinned by a deep understanding of how integrated media and content strategies drive engagement, reputation and growth.
Since joining ICC Belfast in 2022, Laura has played a key role in elevating the profile of major international events, including One Young World, Coca-Cola HBC and the Joint Fertility Conference. As Acting Head of Marketing and Communications, she leads the strategic direction of brand, communications and audience development across the portfolio.
Laura is passionate about working in close partnership with event organisers to deliver exceptional experiences. Through strategic collaboration and creative leadership, she ensures each event maximises its impact, enhances stakeholder engagement and leaves a lasting impression for all audiences.
