Ewelina has led events in two very different environments. The first was a large global organisation with mature playbooks, running more than 100 event sites at scale. The second is a hypergrowth business where she built event capability and measurement from the ground up. She’ll share what it takes to be heard at leadership level: the language that changes the conversation, and the measurement that moves budgets.

Leaders Meet Trailblazers
Global Heads Connect Live runs alongside Trailblazers Live, ICEN’s programme for emerging event professionals. Later in the afternoon, the two groups meet for 20/20: clear vision from both sides of the profession. First, the Global Heads answer questions submitted in advance by the Trailblazers in sealed ICEN envelopes. Each Global Head selects an envelope, reads the question aloud, identifies who asked it and responds. The format then reverses, with the Global Heads putting their own questions to the Trailblazers. Lively, open and engaging.
