For the Siemens Healthineers event, the logistically challenging requirements were derived directly from the objectives and the briefing, and implemented through professional, highly detailed planning. The process planning and spatial planning were perfectly coordinated, with a logistical framework so complex it could only be managed through parallel processes, clear responsibilities and close coordination with all participants.
Ensuring a smooth process also required close collaboration with everyone involved, especially the catering company and technical service providers. Precise scheduling, a clearly structured and easy-to-follow route, and detailed process planning were the prerequisites that allowed every element of the programme to run smoothly despite the high level of complexity.
