Corporate event professionals or marketing teams who spend at least 70% of their day-to-day role delivering, marketing, and fulfilling a company’s events. No matter the size of your team, whether you’re a large or a small organization, you have an equal chance of winning.

The ICEN Awards are a global awards program dedicated exclusively to recognizing outstanding in-house corporate event teams, with ceremonies taking place in Germany on July 1, 2027, the UK on July 8, 2027, and the US on July 15, 2027.

We accept entries from any corporate event professional. However, if you are an agency or a supplier, you must enter on behalf of your client. Entries for an agency or supplier’s own events will be excluded. Entries made on behalf of a client must have the client attending the ceremony with the agency or supplier that entered them.

Each event can be entered into up to 3 categories!

If you believe your event is suitable for multiple categories, you are most welcome to enter it into more than one. However, please remember it’s important to tailor your answers to each category you enter for the best chance of winning.

No. The ICEN Awards are a global program and welcome entries from in-house corporate event teams around the world.

Yes, we want this process to be FUN, not daunting! That’s why we have a dedicated Corporate Support team ready to assist you at every step of the submission process. They will stay in regular contact to make sure you have all the support and information you need.

We also have mentors who can provide guidance and advice on creating an award-winning submission. Entrants have found this initiative helpful and appreciated having someone to exchange ideas with. Simply create an account, and we’ll match you with a mentor who can assist you in developing your ideas.

Financial figures are NOT required. Your event may have a budget of $50K or $1 million; the award is judged on whether it met its objectives, so “glam” is not essential. [Read our A–Z Guide] for useful tips on presenting financials and other helpful information.

There is no cost to enter. Submitting your events to the ICEN Awards is completely free of charge.

After the deadline, the judges receive login details so they can view your submitted entries, including any supporting documents. The judges are asked to score each question on a scale of 1 to 5 (1 being poor, 5 being excellent).

After the individual scoring, the judges meet on a call to discuss the entries, and we share which entries scored highest. The judges then discuss the top 3 entries and agree on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. The judges are looking at whether the event objectives were met and how clearly your answers demonstrate that the event fulfilled the criteria.

The final decision is not announced until the night of the ceremony.

Our leading panel of judges is made up of industry professionals with in-depth experience in running events.

Attendance at the ceremony is by confirmed reservation only and is not open to individuals who have not confirmed their place. FOUR complimentary seats are given per organization ONLY, regardless of the number of events the organization has entered. These seats are hosted by our sponsors and partners.

If you need additional seats, these can be purchased for $250 plus tax per person, up to a maximum of 10 seats. You can purchase additional seats here.
